The firm is following a planned preventive maintenance program for all its major equipments and utility installations. The SOP, schedule and records of preventive maintenance is available in the plant. The installation qualification (IQ) verification records and retrospective validation of all major equipments are available in the plant. The validation calendar of production m/c and calibration schedule of all testing equipments are available in the plant. For most of the major equipments operational Qualification records (OQ) are available in the plant. Sanitation – the firm is having following sop’s of sanitation as mentioned under.
No highly toxic or hazardous and sensitizing materials are handled in the plant. The civil structures, electrical installations, water, other utility services installations and furniture / fixtures etc. are periodically checked and maintained properly. The schedule of painting , machinery work , checking of electrical lines, etc are maintained. |
